Shipping and Exchange Policy

This Shipping and Exchange Policy describes how event tickets purchased from Smingle Labs Private Limited ("Smingle," "We," "Us," or "Our") through www.smingle.in are delivered. By completing a ticket purchase, you accept the terms of this Policy.

1. Digital Tickets Only

Smingle sells digital tickets for in-person events. We do not ship any physical goods. No physical ticket, lanyard, or merchandise will be couriered, posted, or otherwise physically delivered to you.

2. Delivery Method and Time

Upon successful completion of payment, your ticket confirmation will be delivered to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Delivery is normally instant, and in any event takes no longer than thirty (30) minutes from the time payment is confirmed by our payment gateway.

Your ticket confirmation will include:

  • The event name, date, time, and venue.
  • A summary of the tiers and quantities purchased.
  • The total amount paid and the payment reference.
  • The name registered against the purchase.

3. If You Don't Receive Your Ticket

If you have not received your ticket confirmation within thirty (30) minutes of completing payment, please first check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@smingle.in with the email address used at checkout and any payment reference available to you. We will reissue your ticket once your purchase has been verified.

4. Entry at the Venue

To enter the event, you may be asked to present your confirmation email together with a valid government-issued photo identification matching the name on the ticket. We recommend that you save a copy of the confirmation on your phone before arriving at the venue.

5. No Exchange

Tickets are not exchangeable between tiers, between events, or for any other goods, services, or credit. They are also non-transferable to any other person. Please see our Cancellation and Refund Policy for the complete position on cancellations, refunds, and transfers.

6. Reissuance of Lost Tickets

If you delete or lose your confirmation email after delivery, please contact support@smingle.in from the same email address used at the time of purchase. We will resend the confirmation at no additional charge once we have verified the original transaction.
