How to Delete Your Account

At Smingle, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can delete your account directly within the app:

1. Open your Smingle app and navigate to My Profile
2. Scroll down and tap on “Delete Account”
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and complete the deletion process

Data Deletion Information

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Personal profile information
• Photos and media you've uploaded
• Your messaging history
• Activity and preference data

We may retain certain information for legal and legitimate business purposes for up to 30 days after deletion, after which all remaining data will be fully removed from our systems.

Account Restoration Period

Following submission of an account deletion request, a grace period of thirty (30) days will commence, during which your account data remains recoverable. Should you wish to reinstate your account during this period, you may do so by authenticating via your registered phone number, whereupon you will be presented with an option to restore your account if removed from the system yet.

Please be advised that upon expiration of the aforementioned thirty (30) day period, all account data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policies. Post-deletion, no recovery options will be available, and you will be required to register a new account should you wish to utilize our services again.
